I have worked in wood all my life, starting out in the school holidays helping out in my brother-in-law’s workshop and then training in a general woodworking business.

More recently I specialised in woodturning until health problems made this impossible and I now concentrate on making small pieces using classic techniques.

I source locally grown timbers for my work as far as possible.
