I am a jewellery and bead artist from South Norfolk. After graduating from St Martin’s College of Art in the late seventies I worked in childrens’ publishing for 40 years. 

 

Making beads and other components was something I started to pursue several years ago. I began to explore the possibilities of polymer clay which led me to find ways of using the generative computer art I had been making for years and turn it into something physical.

 

Jewellery was the next step. I like to think of my work as bold, unusual and exhibiting an unapologetically primitive charm.
